10 Superfoods to eat

Thank you Dr Mercola for the condensed list. We will eat more of these:

1. Avocado
2. Broccoli
3. Spinach
4. Berries
5. Wild salmon
6. Coconut oil
7. Bone broth such as chicken, beef, pork stock
8. Fermented vegetables (I just made a new batch of kimchi!)
9. Raw macadamia nuts
10. Green tea (unsweetened)

And try to avoid:
1. Beans
2. Unfermented soy
3. Dried fruits

We're already eating homemade, full fat yogurt.
